No long-term lock-in. Here's exactly how cancelling your ClassCommand subscription works.
ClassCommand plans run on a flexible term with no multi-year lock-in. This page explains how to cancel a free trial or a paid subscription, and what happens to your Institution's data afterwards. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Since no card is required to start a trial, you can simply stop using the Service or let the trial period lapse — nothing will be charged. If an administrator would like their trial data removed sooner, they can contact our support team to request early deletion.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation requests should be submitted before the current billing cycle ends. Where a plan involves an annual commitment agreed in a separate order form, the notice period and terms stated in that order form will apply instead of the default monthly cycle described here.
Cancelling your subscription does not mean losing your records — Institutions can export their data before or shortly after cancellation.
An Institution can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time. If reactivation happens within the data-retention window described above, previous records can typically be restored; after that window, the Institution will need to re-import its data or begin fresh.
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your cancellation request will apply.
