How to create student ID cards

Student ID cards are created from student records, so details stay consistent.

Set up the ID card layout (one time)

1. Go to System Settings > ID Card Settings.
2. Choose the layout and details to show on the card.
3. Save.

Generate ID cards

1. Go to Student ID Cards.
2. Choose the class and section.
3. Generate the ID cards.
4. Print or download them.

Tips

• Make sure student photos are clear and up to date before printing.
• Fix any spelling mistakes in the student record itself, so the correction appears everywhere.
• Print one sample card first to check colours and alignment.
