A fee invoice that nobody sees is an invoice that gets paid late. With this update, parents and students receive a notification on their phone whenever a new fee invoice is generated for them.
What is new
- Instant invoice notifications sent to the parents and students linked to each invoice
- Shown on the phone just like notifications from any other app
- Saved in the app in the notification list, so parents can find it later
- Your choice – administrators can decide whether to notify families for each fee generation
One tap to pay
Tapping the notification opens the invoice in the parent app, where parents can pay online by UPI, card or net banking and receive their receipt instantly.
Corrections stay clean
If invoices are withdrawn by the school after a mistake, the related notifications are removed from the app too, so families only ever see invoices that are actually due.
Helping parents turn on notifications
Notifications reach parents who use the Class Command parent app with notifications turned on. Encourage parents to:
- Log in to the parent app with their parent account
- Allow notifications when asked
- Keep the app logged in on the phone they use most
Once notifications are on, parents also receive other school updates such as notices, attendance alerts and results.
