Generating monthly fees for a whole school takes only a few clicks in Class Command. With that speed comes a natural worry: what if the wrong month or the wrong class is selected? This update gives administrators a clear history and a safe way to correct such mistakes.
What is new
Fee generation history
The fee generation page now shows your recent fee generations, including:
- Who generated the fees and when
- The fee month and the classes included
- How many invoices were created and the total amount
Administrators always know exactly what was generated.
Safe undo for mistakes
If a generation was made by mistake, an authorised administrator can undo it. Class Command protects real payments: invoices that parents have already paid, fully or partly, are never removed. Only invoices that are still unpaid are withdrawn.
Parents see a clean app
When invoices are withdrawn, the related invoice notifications are removed from the parent app as well, so families never see invoices that no longer exist.
Extra confirmation
Because undoing a generation is an important action, Class Command asks for a clear confirmation before it goes ahead, so it cannot happen by an accidental click.
